SIaC templates serve as a reference for deploying Cloud infrastructure in a secure, compliant and automated manner. When paired with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools, deployment and management of infrastructure resources can be audited and carried out systematically.

Besides providing secure configuration of various managed services and tools from Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), SIaC templates are written to be modular and easily adaptable. New users can refer to detailed step-by-step guides and sample applications that come with the templates.

Key Features

  • Secure and compliant to the Singapore Government’s Infocomm Technology and Smart System (ICT&SS) Management (previously known as Instruction Manual 8/IM8) Policy
  • Modular and customisable for different use cases
  • Integrable with SHIP-HATS, which is part of the Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS)
  • Cloud-native

SIaC templates for multi-tier and microservice architectures are available now, with queue-based and big data architectures in the product pipeline. These templates are targeted for Amazon Web Services deployments in the Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) 2.0, and support for Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform is planned out in future releases.

Pricing

SIaC templates are free to use for SHIP-HATS users.
