CAM removes account and access rights automatically based on public officer or TIVO movement. These would be triggered from HR systems of TIVO module on leaver/transfer out of agency scenarios.

It triggers a review of accounts and access rights based on movement triggers from HR systems based on internal transfer scenarios. It also triggers a scheduled review of accounts and access rights depending on system classifications and types of accounts.

Automatic Disablement of Inactive Accounts

It automatically disable accounts of public officers who are on long leave. Accounts will also be automatically disabled after long periods of inactivity.
