TIH is a one-stop digital resource platform that helps tourism businesses save time, effort, and money by providing up-to-date content on Singapore’s tourism offerings, travel software services, and more.
Businesses can gain exposure, find content for their marketing needs, and innovate through APIs. Users can also connect with tourism businesses to explore collaborations and build synergistic partnerships.
TIH aims to build a vibrant and innovative tourism industry through collaboration, co-creation and innovation.
What is the TIH?
TIH offers users a content library, as well as plug-and-play travel software services.
Its content library contains over 4,000 places-of-interest and experiences in Singapore supported in various languages (English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean) across 12 categories, including but not limited to attractions, bars & clubs, food & beverages and malls & shops. Over 13,000 quality images are also available for free, and users can access analytics and insights from the Business Dashboard to improve business decisions.
There are over 150 information and content Application Programme Interfaces (APIs) that can be used for websites and apps. In addition, plug-and-play services are available such as the Visit Singapore Account, Recommendation Engine, Smart Itinerary Planner, and Enhanced Navigation APIs.
