What are the dates of the event?

STACK Conference 2026 will be held from 4 to 5 November 2026. 
Pre-conference workshops will be held on 3 November 2026.

Sands Expo and Convention Centre.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual and covered shoes.

Is this a hybrid event?

No.

Is the food served Halal certified?

Yes, the food served is Halal certified.

Registration & Ticketing

How do we register for STACK Conference 2026?

This is a ticketed event. Click here to register.

Do you accept bulk registration?

For registration of 10 tickets or more, please contact our event management partner at secretariat@govtechstack.sg

You need to complete your payment of the tickets within 7 working days after your registration is confirmed. The deadline for bulk registration is 16 Oct 2026 (Fri). 

Is the ticket refundable?

There will be no refund once payment is made.

What are the payment modes?

Only debit/credit card payments and PayNow are accepted. Bank transfers and Paylah will not be accepted for individual purchase.

For bulk purchase, the following details are required, and payment must be cleared within 7 working days from invoice issue date.

For general invoice:

Who should I contact if I face issues with payment?

Can I make changes to my registration details after submitting?

Will I receive a confirmation after completing the registration process?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email via info@app.entry.gov.sg once payment is made successfully.

What if I lose or didn't receive my event ticket (i.e. QR code)?

Please contact our event management partner at secretariat@govtechstack.sg

Is there a deadline for event registration?

For main STACK Conference, registration will end on 2 Nov 2026 (Mon).  
For Pre-conference workshops, registration will end on 30 Oct 2026 (Fri).

Note: Registration will close early if maximum capacity is reached, so we encourage early registration due to limited availability.
