Mr TAN Kiat How

Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Digital Development and Information

Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Health

Mr Tan Kiat How is the Senior Minister of State at the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH). At MDDI, his focus is on strengthening Singapore’s cybersecurity ecosystem and capabilities, as well as ensuring the national digital infrastructure is future ready and resilient. Mr Tan also led the development of the Digital Economy Blueprint to empower the digital transformation of businesses in the age of Artificial Intelligence and to expand job opportunities for Singaporeans. At MOH, Mr Tan is driving the use of technology to support the healthcare workforce, especially through the use of Artificial Intelligence and automation to improve healthcare outcomes and efficiency. Mr Tan is also leading efforts to strengthen the outreach to seniors as part of the Ministry’s push to enhance community health. Mr Tan also chairs REACH, the lead agency in facilitating whole-of-government efforts in engaging and connecting with Singaporeans on national and social issues close to their hearts, as well as the National Translation Committee. Mr Tan had also previously served in the Prime Minister’s Office as Minister of State and in the Ministry of National Development as Senior Minister of State. Prior to entering politics, Mr Tan spent close to 20 years in various technology leadership role in the public service. He began his career as an IT consultant in the Ministry of Education, under a National Computer Board scholarship. He held several appointments in the then-Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, before moving to the Ministry of Finance to head its economic programmes department. Mr Tan started the Pioneer Generation Office, which is now known as the Silver Generation Office. Under his leadership, the Pioneer Generation Office mobilised 3,000 volunteers to reach out to almost 500,000 seniors within two years as part of the Pioneer Generation Package. Mr Tan subsequently took on leadership roles as Deputy Secretary in the then-Ministry of Communications and Information, before he was appointed as the Chief Executive of the Infocomm and Media Development Authority. As a computer engineer by training, Mr Tan has a passion for using technology to enhance the lives of Singaporeans. He led the shaping of the national cybersecurity masterplan and championed a more digital economy and society, including the ethical use of Artificial Intelligence, roll-out of 5G mobile networks, and launch of the SG Digital Ambassadors Programme. He helped to develop the Intelligent Nation 2015 blueprint and drove the implementation of the nationwide fibre-to-the-home broadband infrastructure. Mr Tan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Computer Engineering in 2001. He also holds a Master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. Mr Tan is married with two children. In his spare time, Mr Tan enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family and rescued dogs.

Mr GOH Wei Boon

Government Chief Digital Technology Officer, Ministry of Digital Development and Information

Chief Executive, GovTech Singapore

Wei Boon is Chief Executive of the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech), the lead agency driving Singapore’s Smart Nation initiative and public sector digital transformation. He is passionate about enhancing the digital ecosystem to accelerate Singapore’s digital transformation. Prior to joining GovTech, Wei Boon served as the Chief Executive of Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT) at the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), where he led R&D in infocomm and infosecurity technologies for government agencies to support national security needs. He also held several key positions within MINDEF, including Director of Technical Projects, where he helped deliver critical capabilities for the defence and security sector. In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2015. Wei Boon is a PSC scholar with a Master of Information Systems Management (Highest Distinction) from Carnegie Mellon University, USA, and a Bachelor of Information Science from the University of Tsukuba, Japan. In 2022, he completed the Stanford Executive Program.

Mr Aamir LAKHANI

Global Director of Threat Intelligence, Fortinet

Aamir Lakhani is the Global Director of Threat Intelligence and Adversarial Artificial Intelligence Research, focused on turning real attacker behavior into practical detection, automation, and resilience programs that hold up in messy enterprise environments. With more than 20 years in cybersecurity, he has led global threat intelligence initiatives, built security architectures for complex systems, and supported teams defending Fortune 500 organisations, public sector entities, and high consequence national security environments.

Mr Adam ZOLLER

Chief Information Security Officer, CrowdStrike

Adam Zoller is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at CrowdStrike, overseeing cybersecurity strategy and execution to protect the company’s information ecosystem. He has held leadership roles at Providence Health, General Electric, and Booz Allen Hamilton, driving security initiatives for global enterprises. Previously, he led cyber threat intelligence and incident response efforts at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Defense (DoD). A U.S. Army Reserve veteran, Zoller served as a cyber operations officer and deployed with U.S. Army Special Operations Command in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Dr Adrian TANG

Group Director, Digital Defence Hub (DDH), Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies

Adrian is a cybersecurity leader with two decades of technical and leadership experience. As the Group Director of the Digital Defence Hub (DDH) in CSIT, he drives the agency's efforts in cyber threat intelligence, threat hunting and investigation, and capability development to uncover and counter sophisticated cyber threats targeting the nation's critical digital infrastructure. He has previously held leadership roles within CSIT in penetration testing, malware analysis, and vulnerability research, leading adversarial attack simulations across enterprise environments and deep technical analysis to proactively mitigate critical security risks. Adrian holds degrees in Computer Engineering and Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University, and a PhD in Computer Science from Columbia University. He is the inventor of several U.S. patents in software security and has presented at leading cybersecurity venues including Black Hat and USENIX Security. Committed to education and local talent development, he has also taught and delivered guest lectures in binary reverse engineering and malware analysis at the National University of Singapore.

Dr Alissa ABDULLAH

Deputy Chief Security Officer, Mastercard

Alissa “Dr. Jay” Abdullah is Mastercard’s deputy chief security officer. In this role she leads the Emerging Corporate Security Solutions team and is responsible for protecting Mastercard’s information assets as well as driving the future of security. Dr. Jay joined Mastercard in 2019 after serving as the chief information security officer of Xerox where she established and led a corporate-wide information risk management program. She also served as the deputy chief information officer of the White House where she helped modernize the Executive Office of the President's IT systems with cloud services and virtualisation. She currently hosts Cybercrime Magazine’s Mastering Cyber podcast and is a cybersecurity lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Information. Dr. Jay is also a former member of Smartsheet’s Board of Directors. Dr. Jay holds a PhD in Information Technology Management from Capella University, a master’s degree in Telecommunications and Computer Networks from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Savannah State University.

Arnaud is a senior technology leader specialising in secure cloud transformation, modern engineering, and AI‑driven innovation. He is best known for architecting the original Azure CAF Terraform landing zones, a global reference for scalable and secure enterprise cloud adoption. With extensive experience across APAC and EMEA, Arnaud has led major cloud modernisation programs, built Cloud Centers of Excellence for regulated industries, and guided organizations through multiple waves of technological disruptions. As CISSP and CCSP, he brings deep expertise in secure cloud architecture, DevSecOps, and AI Security. Arnaud is a frequent conference speaker on AI Security, cloud strategy, and the future of software engineering.

Bernard is a Director in GovTech leading the GovTech Cybersecurity Architecture and Solutioning team to provide risk-based assessment services to architect and validate the cybersecurity of Nationwide and Governmentwide strategic projects.

Mr Brian CHAMBERLAIN

Manager, CrowdStrike

Brian Chamberlain has been working in the field of information security for over 10 years. Most of this time has been spent focused on adversary simulation, offensive tool development, and attacking AI/ML systems. He is currently a manager and leads CrowdStrike's AI Red Team Services.

Mr Bryce BOLAND

Head of Security SA, APJ, Amazon Web Services

Bryce is Head of Security SA for APJ, and is responsible for helping customers build secure, reliable solutions with AWS. Bryce has spent the last 25 years helping organizations build sustainable security capabilities and reduce the harmful impacts of cybercrime. Prior to joining AWS, Bryce held security leadership roles in financial services and the cyber security industry. At his prior role, he headed the security architecture, consulting and engineering functions at Standard Chartered Bank as they underwent a multi-year security and cloud transformation. He has also had stints as the APJ CTO for cyber security firm FireEye, where he counselled governments, militaries, companies, and corporate boards in their approach to cyber security; and at UBS Group, where he spent 10 years building their security and technology risk capabilities, including four years as the Group Security CTO, where he was responsible for incorporating security into their enterprise architecture. Bryce holds a Master’s degree in computer science with a thesis in cryptography from The University of Auckland. Bryce has lived and worked in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Australia, Switzerland, and now lives in Singapore.

Mr Daryl PEREIRA

Director & APAC Head of Office of the CISO, Google Cloud

Steering Google Cloud's ‘Office of the CISO’ in the Asia Pacific, Daryl works with CISOs, CIOs, CROs, regulators and government officials to elevate cybersecurity maturity at both a national and global level. The ‘Office of the CISO’ is part of Google’s internal security team, and is comprised of former CISOs tasked with advocating for better cybersecurity, AI risk and digital trust outcomes. Daryl has 30 years of technology experience including an initial 8 years in the Australian Public sector in Canberra, followed by 9 years in Banking in Sydney and Singapore, and 11 years as a Partner at KPMG Management Consulting. While at KPMG Singapore, Daryl founded and led the Cyber Consulting practice, growing the team to over 120 cyber consultants and leading 5 Partners (owner-operators). At Deutsche Bank, Daryl’s last role was as global head of Program Management Office for the Global Banking IT division, overseeing governance for a €500M portfolio and 150 project managers based in Singapore, Frankfurt, London and New York. Daryl began his career working in the Australian Federal Government in Canberra as an outsourced technology contractor at the Australian Customs Service, followed by positions with the Department of Agriculture, Department of Home Affairs/Immigration and Department of Veterans Affairs. Daryl is a Past President of ISACA Singapore and is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Singapore Management University - Singapore Institute of Director's Directorship Program.

Mr Gerasimos MARKETOS

Chief Product Officer, Hack The Box

Gerasimos Marketos is a product executive with extensive experience spanning high-growth startups and NASDAQ-listed companies, operating at the intersection of cybersecurity, data, and product development. His work consistently focuses on building scalable platforms, translating complex technical capabilities into customer value, and enabling high-performing teams. He currently serves as Chief Product Officer at Hack The Box, the world’s leading cybersecurity upskilling platform, supporting individuals, enterprises, and academic institutions globally. In this role, he leads product strategy and execution across the platform, driving the evolution of hands-on learning, enterprise readiness, and emerging areas such as AI security. Previously, Gerasimos led fraud product initiatives at Integral Ad Science, where he applied AI and machine learning to detect large-scale botnet activity and systemic abuse in the digital advertising ecosystem. Earlier in his career, he served as a fraud subject matter expert at NICE Actimize, partnering with leading US financial institutions to design and deploy advanced, ML-driven detection frameworks for unauthorized and high-risk activity. Gerasimos holds a Ph.D. in spatiotemporal data management and has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications in spatiotemporal data warehousing and machine learning. He also holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics.

Mr ANG Guang Yao

Cybersecurity Researcher (Malware), Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies

Guang Yao is a Malware Analyst at the Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT). He specialises in analysing sophisticated malware and developing automated analysis workflows. At the same time, he bridges the gap between manual analysis and automation, creating tools and processes that turn sophisticated malicious code into actionable threat intelligence. Passionate about artificial intelligence (AI), Guang Yao is experimenting how AI can be applied to reverse engineering to boost productivity.

Mr MOK Heng

Chief Information Security Officer - APJ, Zscaler

Heng Mok is a practical cyber leader with over 20 years of experience spanning a range of industries and cyber disciplines. Heng has worked on some of the largest transformation programs in Australia in the financial services and energy sectors. Prior to Zscaler, Heng was the CISO at Australia’s largest integrated energy company, AGL Energy where he led cyber, data governance, and technology risk functions responsible for keeping employees, customers, data, systems, and OT assets safe. Heng believes that as the adoption of cloud, AI, data analytics, remote working, and digital transformation gains traction, organizations needs to have the right people, partners, process, and technology embedded to enable business outcomes.

Mr ONG Hong Joo

Senior Director, Cyber Security Group, Cyber Defence Ops & Intel Division (CDOI), GovTech Singapore

With nearly 18 years of experience in cybersecurity, Hong Joo is known for his risk-managed and practical approach to safeguarding digital assets. His expertise spans red-teaming, cyber defense, threat intelligence, and enterprise security. He began his cybersecurity journey as an academic at a polytechnic, where he developed an intrusion detection module and gained hands-on experience in firewall administration, security products, and penetration testing for wired and wireless networks. Hong Joo later joined the Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT), an agency of the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), where he deepened his technical expertise in red-teaming, cyber defense, and enterprise security. He played a key role in building cybersecurity capabilities, conducting architecture reviews, and developing governance frameworks and policies to strengthen the organisation’s security posture. Now leading the CDOI division at GovTech’s Cyber Security Group, Hong Joo is driving a transformation in threat monitoring. He focuses on making threat intelligence actionable and enhancing cybersecurity capabilities across the government sector. Hong Joo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Science in Communication Software and Networks from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Mr Joe Sunil INCHODIKARAN

Cybersecurity Engineer, GovTech Singapore

Joe Sunil is a Cybersecurity Software Engineer at the Government Technology Agency of Singapore, where he works on “maia,” an AI-powered platform that automates penetration testing to identify security vulnerabilities in production systems. A 2025 graduate from Carnegie Mellon University with a double major in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science, Joe is focused on exploring how AI systems can be applied to security engineering challenges. At GovTech, his work on maia involves developing agentic AI with multi-agent workflows to conduct automated black-box security testing. The project aims to reduce security testing workload on seasoned penetration testers while improving vulnerability discovery capabilities, demonstrating practical applications of modern AI techniques in real-world cybersecurity contexts. Joe’s technical interests include compiler design, distributed systems, and machine learning applications in security. He’s still learning and developing his skills in these areas as he navigates his early career in cybersecurity. Outside of work, he enjoys playing badminton casually, exploring new films and TV series, and the occasional game of chess. He’s looking forward to sharing insights on maia at StackX and learning from the cybersecurity community.

Vice President, Threat Intelligence, TrendAI, Trend Micro

Jon Clay has worked in the cybersecurity space for over 30 years. Jon uses his industry experience to educate and share insights on all TrendAI externally published threat research and intelligence. He delivers webinars, writes blogs, and engages customers and the general public on the state of cybersecurity around the world. An accomplished public speaker, Jon has delivered hundreds of speaking sessions globally. He focuses on the threat landscape, cybercriminal undergrounds, the attack lifecycle, and the use of advanced detection technologies in protecting against today’s sophisticated threats. Within TrendAI, Jon has held roles as sales engineer, sales engineering manager, training manager, product marketing manager, and director of global threat communications before becoming Vice President, Threat Intelligence.

Mr Justiin ANG

Government Chief Information Security Officer & Assistant Chief Executive (Cybersecurity), GovTech Singapore

Assistant Chief Executive (Development), Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore

Justiin Ang holds the appointment of Assistant Chief Executive (Cybersecurity) in Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech). He is also the Government Chief Information Security Officer. In these roles, Justiin spearheads the development and execution of cutting-edge technologies and cybersecurity strategies to mitigate emerging cyber threats. He also oversees the cybersecurity operations for government systems. Justiin is also concurrently holding the appointment of Assistant Chief Executive (Development) in the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). His key responsibilities in this role include advancing cybersecurity capabilities crucial for safeguarding Singapore's digital landscape, shaping architectures for key national systems, driving research and development initiatives, and overseeing the growth of the cybersecurity ecosystem to support Singapore's Smart Nation aspirations. Justiin was previously Senior Director (National Cyber Incident Response Centre) in CSA, where he co-ordinated and drove CSA's responses to cyber incidents nationally, as well as CSA's engagements and collaboration with industry and international partners through SINGCERT. Prior to this, Justiin was responsible for digital security and resilience matters as Director (Security and Resilience) in the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI). He was instrumental in developing Singapore's digital security strategy, which helped to better prepare Singapore for the risks of a digital age. In addition, Justiin also established the taskforce to counter digital scams, and oversaw operations to safeguard the integrity of Singapore's 2023 presidential elections. Prior to joining the MDDI family, Justiin served as Director (Policy) in Defence Cyber Organisation, MINDEF, where he was the principal advisor to the Defence Cyber Chief for all matters pertaining to development and implementation of cyber strategies and plans. COL Justiin Ang received his Masters in Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2003, and Masters in Science in Information Security in 2019 from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr ONG Kok Wee

Assistant Chief Executive, Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore

Kok Wee is Assistant Chief Executive of the Policy and Corporate Development (P&CD) cluster in CSA. He oversees strategy, planning, regulation, ecosystem development, international affairs, communications and engagement, and corporate services. He is responsible for developing Singapore’s national cybersecurity strategies and policies, both domestically and internationally, and raising the capacities of CSA as well as the wider cybersecurity ecosystem. Prior to joining CSA, Kok Wee spent time in various MINDEF agencies and departments dealing with grey zone threats. He was most recently the Group Director of Cyber Defence with the Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT), MINDEF, since 2021 and was leading the Cyber Defence and Information Threat mission groups. He hopes to build on his operational experiences to develop more effective and enabling national cybersecurity strategies and policies. Kok Wee has also accumulated a wide spectrum of experiences through his other stints in the Singapore government, including a posting to the Ministry of Transport (MOT) and an attachment to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of its delegation to the UN General Assembly.

Mark Goudie has over two decades of experience as a programmer, security manager, network engineer, penetration tester, and incident responder in companies around the world. As a Director at CrowdStrike, Mark leads a team of experts that helping our clients respond to incidents, hunt for intruders, secure their networks, and build more resilient infrastructure in Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States.

Mr Matthew ZWOLENSKI

Senior Director, APJ, Wiz

Matt Zwolenski leads Wiz’s (wiz.io) APJ Solutions Engineering team, guiding organisations across Asia-Pacific and Japan in securing their cloud environments against evolving threats. With a career spanning over three decades in IT, he combines technical expertise with strategic vision to help businesses proactively address cloud risks and innovate securely. His journey began as a developer, evolving into leadership roles focused on cloud technologies, AI, and cybersecurity—including CTO positions at Fortune 100 companies. Before Wiz, Matt drove cloud transformations at Google Cloud, working with enterprises and government agencies to modernise infrastructure. Earlier roles at Dell Technologies (as VP of Systems Engineering, APJ), EMC, and IBM sharpened his ability to translate complex technical solutions into customer success. A pragmatic leader, Matt is a sought-after voice at industry events, sharing insights on cloud security and hybrid strategies. He holds a BSc in Computing Science, an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and multiple cloud and IT certifications. He’s also the author of a book on hybrid cloud, blending hands-on experience with actionable guidance. Outside of work, Matt enjoys scuba diving, snowboarding, sailing, and traveling—passions that mirror his professional ethos: curiosity, adaptability, and a focus on navigating challenges with clarity.

Mr KAN Onn Kit

Cyber Specialist, Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS), Defence Cyber Command (DCCOM)

Onn Kit is a Cyber Specialist under the Digital and Intelligence Service's (DIS) Defence Cyber Command (DCCOM) working with the Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT) as a Cyber Security Researcher. He helps develop efficient and optimised AI-powered solutions for automated malware reverse engineering. He is passionate about harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to enhance the experience of cybersecurity professionals.

Mr WONG Pei Yuen

Group Chief Information Security Officer, Singtel Group

Pei Yuen is the Group CISO at Singtel Group. In this role, he drives the overall cyber security agenda and programmes for the Singtel Group of Companies, keeping pace with emerging technologies and shifts in the cyber threat landscape. Pei Yuen has over 25 years of experience in cyber security spanning across sectors such as defence R&D, government, financial, telecommunications and technology consulting. Prior to joining Singtel, Pei Yuen was the Chief Technology Officer for IBM Security in ASEAN, Australia, New Zealand and Korea where he was responsible for driving business and technology strategies to address clients' cyber security challenges across different industries. He also spent a significant part of his career as the Chief Information Security Officer of the Monetary Authority of Singapore with overall responsibility for cyber security and resilience at the central bank, ranging from security architecture, security programme and portfolio management, security assurance, SOC operations as well as governance, risk management and compliance. He was previously a Senior Member of Technical Staff at DSO National Laboratories conducting cyber security research for national defence and a consultant at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore leading critical infocomm infrastructure surety assessments with particular focus on the telecommunications sector.

Mr Rhys EVANS

Head of Security, Amazon Web Services

Rhys leads the customer security function across ANZ & Japan, helping customers move fast and stay secure whilst building on AWS. On a daily basis, Rhys engages with AWS customers to help them uplift cloud security through building strong security cultures and embedding cloud security best practices. Prior to AWS, Rhys worked in startups, banks and other regulated entities. He holds a degree in pure and applied mathematics along with nano degrees in Machine Learning and Self Driving.

Mr Rob PARRISH

Head of Product, AI Agent Security, Check Point Software

Rob Parrish is Head of Product for AI Agent Security at Check Point, where he leads product for solutions that help enterprises safely adopt AI agents and deploy custom AI applications at scale. Rob joined Check Point through its acquisition of Lakera, where he served as Head of Product. With over 15 years of experience building data and AI-intensive applications in Silicon Valley, he previously served as VP of Product at Arm, joining through the acquisition of Treasure Data, where he led Product Management. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree from Bowdoin College in Neuroscience.

Mr CHANG Sau Sheong

Chief Technology Officer and Deputy Chief Executive (Products), GovTech Singapore

Prior to GovTech, he was an Operating Partner, Digital for Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore and part of the AI Strategy and Solutions team. Before that, he ran SP Digital, the digital business unit of SP Group. He also headed IT, OT and digital transformation for the whole of SP Group for more than 6 years. Sau Sheong was instrumental in changing SP Group from a traditional utility company to a regional energy player. In his 28 years of industry experience, he has built and led product engineering teams at PayPal, Yahoo and HP building various software products for enterprise businesses and consumers globally. He was previously a co-founder of a software company and was involved in startups for more than 10 years. He is active and contributes to many technology communities in Singapore and Southeast Asia and has written five programming books. Sau Sheong holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, a Master’s in Commercial Law and a Postgraduate Certificate in International Arbitration.

Mr Stephen HARVEY

Chief Executive Officer, Bitsight

Steve is a seasoned risk management and corporate governance executive with more than 30 years of business and operational leadership experience. He has served as CEO of Bitsight since 2020, where he guides the company’s financial, operational, and product strategy to strengthen its competitive position in the cybersecurity market. As Chief Revenue Officer, he was a key member of the executive team that scaled the business, led the acquisition of Institutional Shareholder Services, and successfully took RiskMetrics Group public. During his tenure, RiskMetrics established itself as a category-defining data and analytics platform serving global financial institutions. Following the subsequent separation of ISS into a standalone, private-equity-backed company, Steve served as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer, driving go-to-market execution and overseeing strategic acquisitions that expanded the company’s capabilities and growth opportunities.

As former CISO for Google's Public Sector, he understands the specific challenges and regulatory environments faced by government agencies, building strong relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate secure digital transformation. His distinguished career includes retiring as a Major General from the U.S. Army, where he gained extensive experience in Department of Defense and Intelligence community operations, providing a deep understanding of security in sensitive environments. A Silicon Valley native, Steve's technical proficiency spans microelectronic integrated circuit design, embedded software development, and end-to-end global communication systems, including secure cloud solutions. He has held leadership positions at companies like Cisco and Alcatel-Lucent, consistently focusing on developing and delivering secure products. His roles encompassed all phases of development, including developer, manager, and director. Steve possesses a proven track record of leading large, complex organisations, including global teams exceeding 2,000 personnel and managing large budgets. He is dedicated to empowering public sector organisations to leverage cloud technologies while ensuring the highest levels of security and compliance.

Chief Information Security Officer, Ministry of Sustainability & Environment

Terence brings over 15 years of cybersecurity experience across the private and public sectors, having supported multinational organisations in Singapore and overseas before joining the public service. He has led security assessments for major financial institutions, utilities, and government agencies, working with a cybersecurity team he nurtured and scaled to meet evolving organisational needs. He now serves as Chief Information Security Officer, shaping organisation‑wide security strategy at the executive level.

Mr Tobias GONDROM

Group Chief Information Security Officer, United Overseas Bank

Mr Tobias Gondrom joined UOB in 2018 and is the Group Chief Information Security Officer. He is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end information security in UOB and implementing cyber security initiatives across the Bank. Tobias has more than 25 years of experience in information security, software development, application security, cryptography, electronic signatures and global standardisation strategies. He has held various roles in independent software vendors and large global corporations in the technology, financial and government sectors. Prior to joining UOB, Tobias was the Chief Technology Officer (Security) at Huawei. He holds a London Business School Sloan Masters degree in Leadership and Strategy. From 2021 to 2023, Tobias was the chair of the ABS (Association of Banks in Singapore) Standing Committee on Cyber Security (SCCS) and in 2022 has been awarded by the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF) as IBF Fellow. From 2014 to 2018, Tobias was a member of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) Administrative Oversight Committee (IAOC) and the chair of the IETF Trust. From 2004 to 2018, he was also the chair of multiple IETF workings groups in the security domain, the latest one being the chair of the DDoS Open Threat Signaling (DOTS) working group and a member of the IETF security directorate until 2018.
