A digital signing solution that lets Singpass users sign documents such as contracts and agreements using signing certificates held in the Singpass app. To sign, a user scans the Singpass QR code on the document, matches the on-screen reference code, and authenticates with fingerprint, face recognition or their 6-digit passcode.

Yes. Sign uses signing certificates issued by the National Certification Authority, producing Secure Electronic Signatures (SES) under the Electronic Transactions Act 2010. Each signature is cryptographically linked to the signer, and any change to a signed document is automatically detected and flagged as invalid.

No. Signed documents are not stored in the Singpass server or app longer than necessary to complete the transaction.

Sign can handle data up to Restricted Sens Norm.
