Notαrise is a platform that allows residents’ HealthCerts to be authenticated and endorsed by Singapore’s Ministry of Health (MOH). The endorsed HealthCerts, such as the Pre-Departure Test (PDT), Vaccination and Recovery certificates, can then be readily verified by immigration authorities through Notαrise to ensure safe travel in accordance with COVID-19 safety measures.
