BoB charges a one-time onboarding fee per scheme/initiative, along with a monthly subscription based on the agency's total annual transaction volume* across schemes/initiatives.
*Transaction volume refers to the total number of submissions received by the agency (e.g. 1 form submitted = 1 transaction).
