Public officers can create and publish digital forms quickly, either by building fields or uploading a softcopy version of an existing form.

All form responses are encrypted and can be sent directly to your email inbox or exported as a spreadsheet. This means third parties, including FormSG, will not be able to access or view your form data and emails.

FormSG supports data collection across multiple classification levels, up to Confidential (Cloud-Eligible) and Sensitive (High) data.

FormSG is designed to be scalable to support extremely high volumes of form submissions.

FormSG offers more than 16 different types of fields, including table-input fields, OTP verification of contact details, email domain restrictions, control flow logic to disable submissions, and date validations.

FormSG offers pre-built integration with Singpass, Corppass, and Myinfo to extend the functionality of the digital forms.
