The onboarding process for Transcribe is outlined below.

Login directly to Transcribe using your WOG AAD account, whether on the Intranet or Internet. Your account will be created automatically.

If your email account has a government domain that is not included in AAD (e.g., schools.gov.sg, dsaid.gov.sg, etc.), please log in to Transcribe using OTP. Your account will be created automatically. If you experience any issues logging in, email us at transcribe@tech.gov.sg.

For API service users, please directly visit GovTech's PlatformAI to get started with the Speech capabilities.
