No. Your data is temporarily sent to Cloak for anonymisation and is not retained. Raw data is deleted after anonymisation, and anonymised data is kept for up to 24 hours or removed upon user request.
Cloak detects 17+ entity types out of the box, including: names, NRICs/FINs, phone numbers, emails, addresses (Singapore-specific), dates of birth, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, UENs, vehicle plate numbers, passport numbers, and more.
Yes, Cloak is accessible to select non-government users in partnership with agencies (such as MOHH entities and data contributors for agency projects). Please contact us to determine if your use case qualifies.
Cloak is currently free for all approved users for FY26. Pricing for cost recovery may be introduced in future financial years in line with standard GovTech product policy. Contact us for latest pricing policies.
