Can individual users use CFT to transfer files directly between themselves (user-to-user transfers)?
No. CFT is designed for backend system-to-system file transfers. Both the sender and receiver must be a backend system — an HTTPS Client, SFTP Server, or SFTP Client — configured in the CFT Admin Portal.
What are the permitted data classifications and sensitivity levels for files that can be sent using CFT?
CFT supports file data classifications of Confidential Cloud Eligible or lower, and data sensitivity levels of Sensitive (High) or lower for secure file transfers.
