Corppass utilises Singpass to authenticate authorised individuals associated with organisations accessing government services. Users can employ their Singpass app for authentication during both personal and business transactions.

Organisations can efficiently manage user access and permissions across various services, enabling multiple authorised individuals to transact on behalf of the organisation. Roles can be assigned to users where applicable, ensuring appropriate access based on their responsibilities. When users join or leave, Entity Admins simply use Corppass to onboard or offboard them, rather than managing access across each individual service.
