How It Works

UEN issuance agencies share with Corppass a list of position holders who are officially registered with them on a regular basis.

The entity's Registered Officers (ROs) are curated from this list by Corppass, and they are allowed to authorise themselves or someone else to be the entity's Corppass Admins. The entity's Corppass Admins then administrate on behalf of the entity, and can transact on behalf or authorise others to transact on behalf for specific services.

The chosen Corppass Admin can now register for a Corppass account.
