GovWallet supports payments on both the PayNow and NETS payment platforms. Public agencies onboarded to GovWallet can select the payment platform(s) to be enabled for their schemes.

No, there is no GovWallet mobile app. Part of the Service layer of the Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS), GovWallet is a backend service module that partners with other government mobile apps like LifeSG to bring payment services to Singaporeans. 

No, there is no need for the beneficiary of the payouts to have a bank account. The Government pay-outs are credited into the beneficiary’s GovWallet account and are accessible through the various frontend channels that GovWallet partners with.
