The app features guides that consolidate information from multiple government agencies, allowing users to easily access everything they need for different life stages or tasks in one location.

This app provides a quick overview of benefits a user has received or may qualify for, including NS55 Recognition Package credits, NS Excellence Awards, NS Celebratory Gifts, GST Vouchers, and SkillsFuture Credit. Eligible seniors can also access their Merdeka Generation e-card.

Users can quickly discover their eligible government support schemes and estimate potential benefits by answering a few straightforward questions.

The Profile page enables users to view personal information from various public agencies (e.g., Central Provident Fund Board, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore) at a glance, complete with personalised charts for key categories. The Inbox acts as a central hub for notifications about announcements and necessary follow-ups for important tasks during transactions. The Appointment feature sends reminders for upcoming appointments or events registered through LifeSG.
