Central Accounts Management (CAM) is a central tool to manage user accounts and access in applicable government systems by automatically removing, disabling, or triggering account reviews. These are based on changes in the movement records of public officers (e.g. leaving service, internal transfer, taking leave). A Temps, Interns, Vendors, Others (TIVO) module is also implemented to cover the movement of TIVOs. CAM also triggers scheduled reviews of the workflow of accounts and access rights based on a predetermined frequency.
CAM aims to address repeated IT lapses related to accounts and access rights management, and to improve the security posture of the public sector.
Key Benefits
- Reduced manual effort spent on the removal and disablement of the accounts and access rights in systems.
- Improves the efficiency of reviewing accounts and access rights.
- Reduce IT lapses related to accounts and access management.
