Public officers using non-SE GSIBs and GOMAX iPads can harness the power of Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve their work. Pair offers a range of features, including ideation, writing assistance, text and natural language processing, coding, and data analysis, making it a versatile tool for many common tasks that public officers perform.

Pair enables public officers to safely utilise LLMs on their government-issued laptops, protecting confidential government data from being input into commercial platforms. It is also approved by the AI Policy Group in the Smart Nation and Digital Government Group (SNDGG), ensuring adherence to government standards.

Pair has been approved by Singapore’s Smart Nation Digital Government Office (SNDGO) for use with data classified up to RESTRICTED \ SENSITIVE NORMAL. This allows officers to utilise Pair for a broader range of documents compared to tools like ChatGPT, which are limited to public data only.
