Any government agency and its affiliated partners can utilise RedeemSG to create, distribute, and track vouchers. The RedeemSG team will evaluate requests from charities on a case-by-case basis. To express your interest, please complete the RedeemSG Campaign Organiser form.
I am a voucher applicant/recipient. How do I apply for vouchers?
If you are a voucher applicant/recipient, you will need to apply for vouchers at the relevant campaign organiser sign up page.
I am a merchant. How can I access the app?
At the moment, we are only onboarding merchants for the CDC Vouchers campaign. Please visit the CDC Vouchers - Merchants page for more information.
I am a merchant. Can I integrate with your system to accept Government vouchers?
We will only be able to explore integration with merchants starting from Oct 2022 onwards.
