Enhancing data analytics for public agencies

To date, Analytics.gov is serving data exploitation needs of more than 2000 users across 80 public agencies. Use cases are diverse, such as analysing, predicting and visualising customer feedback data, development of chatbots, report summarisation, ML-assisted case outlier detection, automated data processing for governance checks on grants, campaign planning and workflow processes.

Notable agencies like Housing Development Board, Ministry of Manpower and SkillsFuture Singapore are leveraging AG for productionising their AI/ML models efficiently where they can continuously develop, test and deploy model through automation of ML and CI/CD pipelines. As a readily available MLOps environment, any agency can work on their data projects right away without the need for them to expend additional time and effort to develop equivalent systems on their own.
