Use Cases

To date, Analytics.gov is serving data exploitation needs of more than 2000 users across 80 public agencies. Use cases are diverse, such as analysing, predicting and visualising customer feedback data, development of chatbots, report summarisation, ML-assisted case outlier detection, automated data processing for governance checks on grants, campaign planning and workflow processes.
