Getting Started

Step 1: Provision Your CMS Instance & Set Up Access

• Request Instance Provisioning: Submit an onboarding request via the WebSG Custom Provisioning FormSG to get your CMS instance provisioned.
• TechPass User Authentication: Login to WebSG Custom is secured via TechPass. Ensure all team members and vendor developers who require CMS access have active TechPass accounts.

Step 2: Appoint Vendor & Set Up Frontend Infrastructure

• Appoint your development vendor to build the frontend application (UI/UX and rendering logic) using APIs from your provisioned WebSG Custom instance.
• If your agency selects the Agency-Hosted model, your vendor will also be responsible for setting up and configuring the frontend application’s cloud infrastructure, CDN, and network security.

Step 3: Get Support & Guidance

• If you have questions during onboarding or require trial environments for evaluation, get in touch directly with the GovTech WebSG Custom team at optical_Support@tech.gov.sg .
