ConvergeDoes Converge require specific file formats or knowledge sources?
Converge supports PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and plain text file formats. Currently, it integrates with file uploads and SharePoint, with plans to expand to more knowledge sources in the future.
What is Converge’s system and data classification?
Currently, Converge is classified as RESTRICTED, with data classified as SENSITIVE NORMAL. We are working towards achieving CONFIDENTIAL (CLOUD-ELIGIBLE) clearance for both system and data classification.
Which agencies have already onboarded to Converge?
GovTech is the first agency to onboard to Converge. The rollout to other public service agencies will occur progressively.
