Converge supports PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and plain text file formats. Currently, it integrates with file uploads and SharePoint, with plans to expand to more knowledge sources in the future.
Currently, Converge is classified as RESTRICTED, with data classified as SENSITIVE NORMAL. We are working towards achieving CONFIDENTIAL (CLOUD-ELIGIBLE) clearance for both system and data classification.
GovTech is the first agency to onboard to Converge. The rollout to other public service agencies will occur progressively.
