Converge is a powerful digital product designed to manage large-scale document repositories by seamlessly integrating with SharePoint folders and various enterprise knowledge sources like email archives and personal calendars. Its core functionality is to integrate, retrieve, synthesise, and summarise information securely and efficiently.

Integration and connectivity
Direct connection to SharePoint: Converge integrates directly with SharePoint, providing real-time access to the latest documents and reducing manual uploads and data silos.
Scalability: Optimised to handle large document repositories, ensuring consistent performance regardless of scale.
Information retrieval
Keyword search: Quickly identifies documents containing specific terms or phrases, ideal for structured or semi-structured data.
Vector search: Uses vector embeddings to map documents and queries in a high-dimensional space, enabling nuanced comparisons and the retrieval of contextually relevant information, even when exact keywords do not match. This ensures highly accurate, context-aware responses.
Data synthesis
Contextual merging: Identifies common themes across documents and merges them into unified responses.
Eliminating redundancy: Filters out duplicate data, ensuring concise and relevant outputs.
Cross-referencing: Cross-references information from multiple sources to validate findings and enhance reliability.
Security and compliance
Access control: Integrates with SharePoint’s existing permission structures to ensure users only access authorised documents.
Data encryption: All data transfers and processing are encrypted, protecting sensitive information.
Compliance alignment: Adheres to data governance policies, making it suitable for industries with strict regulatory standards.

By combining advanced retrieval techniques with powerful synthesis capabilities, Converge enables organisations to efficiently interact with large document repositories, supporting faster decision-making and boosting productivity.
