Monitoring is the task of assessing the health or status of an individual system based on a predefined set of metrics and logs. It alerts you when something goes wrong.
Observability collects metrics, logs, and traces from monitoring across all applications, microservices, servers and databases to identify root causes of issues by looking at telemetries data and dependencies.

StackOps deployment can be deployed within 3 working days from subscription approval via TechBiz.

We recommend that you choose the small or medium size for your deployment. You can always scale it up later by submitting a support request if needed.

No, StackOps is not a bulk tender subscription but offers a managed Observability platform, which continues to value-add and enhance over the SaaS. Some of these value-add and enhancements are:

  • Built-in WOG compliance and best practices as baselines
  • Enhanced security with out-of-the-box integrations with TechPass
  • Innersource Community to share and adopt monitoring practices or guides, such as SIEM rules, Visualisation Framework, etc
  • Improved ease-of-use with automation/Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to simplify deployment, monitoring, etc.

StackOps supports data up to Confidential (Cloud-Eligible)/Sensitive-Normal classification level.
