How It Works

Participants can join a campaign and begin earning points by completing actions defined by the campaign organiser. Each time a participant completes an action, the GovRewards rule engine evaluates if any campaign objectives have been achieved. If an objective is met, points are awarded to the participant. An example, actions might include checking in an event via GovEntry or submitting a feedback form through FormSG.

Throughout the campaign, participants can track their points balance and view their transaction history. Once they accumulate enough points, they can redeem them for cash incentives or gift through any of GovRewards’ redemption partners, such as GovWallet or GovSupply.

We collaborate with upstream partners to avail ways for points to be earn automatically, and also downstream to allow the conversion of points to meaningful rewards.

Additionally, points can also be added manually via our Admin Portal or automatically via integration with your Campaign Site.

At STACK Developer Conference 2024, the event organiser gamified attendee engagement by awarding points for attending different event components. This experience is powered by GovRewards, allowing attendees to redeem their points for SWAG, with our support in the conversion process.
