PROOF OF CONCEPT

Signify is a platform that allows public officers to collect electronic signatures on their PDF documents. The platform is built on the Sign with Singpass protocol, which is deemed SES (Secured Electronic Signature) as per the Electronic Transactions Act (ETA) 2010.

  • Easy to manage. A dashboard provides administrators with an overview of signing status.
  • Secure. Users authenticated by Singpass.
  • Accessible. All government agencies, as well as public healthcare institutions in Singapore, can use Signify. It is currently used by over 100 government agencies and public healthcare institutions.
  • Legally supported. Signatures made using the Sign with Singpass are regarded as secure electronic signatures under Singapore's Electronic Transactions Act.
